Ok so lets get started. First you need a guitar, i learnt to play on an acoustic but in my opinion it is easier to learn on an electric. Im going to asume you have set up your guitar and tuned it in already at this point id like to recomend that you buy an electric tuner. They are cheap and simple to use. I would also recomend that you buy youself a metronome. This will help you play in time which will be very important later on.

So where to begin. Well there is no real right answer to that just take a look at all the sections of this website so you can get a taste of guitar. If you want to get anywhere then you will have to practice and practice ALOT. At first your fingers may hurt but thats normal after a while that will stop.
